FACTS Tuition Management and Grant & Aid Assesment
The Magellan International School uses the FACTS Tuition Management Program to handle our payment plans and the FACTS Grand & Aid Assesment to help us evaluate requests for Financial Aid. If you pay your tuition through FACTS Tuition Management, you can check on the status of your account, the schedule of payments still to be made, a listing of those payments already made, and a complete listing of all activity through you account.

Financial Aid - FACTS Grant & Aid Assesment

NOTE: when prompted for the ZIP code of the school please enter "78731". This will allow you to find the school in the Grant & Aid Assesment school list - Information Needed in Order to File for Financial Aid:
- Submit a completed online application. Please do not submit multiple applications. FACTS will process only one application per household. FACTS will only process online applications for MIS.
- Payment of the $20 nonrefundable application fee.
- Copies of your 2007 or 2008 IRS Federal Form 1040, 1040A or 1040-EZ U.S. Individual Income Tax Return (2 pages), including all supporting tax Schedules C or C-EZ, Schedule E, Schedule F, Depreciation Form 4562, S Corporation Form 1120S (4 pages) & Schedule K-1 and Form 8825, Partnership Form 1065 (4 pages) & Schedule K-1 and Form 8825, Estates and Trusts Form 1041 & Schedule K-1. If applicant and co-applicant file separately, we require both tax returns for the same tax year. We do NOT accept State tax returns.
- Copies of all 2008 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements for both you and your spouse. NOTE: If you are applying before you have received all 2008 W-2 Wage and Tax Statements, please submit them as soon as they become available.
- Copies of all supporting documentation for household Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF).
