Magellan Summer Camp
Magellan provides a unique summer camp experience that explores international culture through a wide range of innovative programs. Each week we take campers on a new and exciting adventure to a far off place. We focus all of our activities around a particular country. We explore these cultures through dance, arts, technology, and special guests, all while keeping with The Magellan International School’s Spanish Immersion philosophy. Throughout the week, campers also take part in specialty classes and outdoor education, as well as field trips. No prior Spanish proficiency is required.
Please register by March 30th to ensure your child has a spot. Registrations after March 30th will be subject to space availability.

Each week of camp is $340 for our Preschool Campers (ages 3-4), and $390 for our Senior Campers (K – 8th grade). This includes all scheduled activities, field trips or special visitors and a camp t-shirt. We offer free early drop-off from 8:00 – 9:00AM, and after camp care is available for $55 per week from 3:00 – 6:00PM daily.
If you register prior to April 1st, a $50 discount will be given for each additional week of summer camp your child in enrolled. All discounts will be issued as a refund within 10 business days of registration.
MIS Summer Camp is open to all 3 year olds (PP3) through rising 8th grade students. 3 and 4 year olds must be potty trained at the time camp starts. All campers will be divided into age appropriate groups. Each of our groups will travel the world with a Lead Teacher and Teacher Assistant.
Camp will take place at the Anderson Lane Campus for all campers, regardless of age.

Q: Should my child bring a lunch?
A: Yes, MIS Summer Camp does not provide lunch or a lunch service. If your child does not have his/her lunch, we will call you to provide a lunch or to pick up your child. Please send a morning snack with your child as well.
Q: Can we cancel if our summer plans change?
A: If cancellations are made in writing by May 30th, 50% of the total amount you have paid will be refunded to you.
Q: Is MIS Summer Camp only available to currently enrolled Magellan International School students?
A: MIS Summer Camp is open to ALL students regardless of their prior involvement with the Magellan International school. We welcome students from all schools and language backgrounds.
Q: Will camp be held on July 4th?
A: MIS Summer Camp will be closed in observance of July 4th.
