Glendon brings over 20 years of experience in coaching, teaching, and directing athletics and education. A seasoned world traveler, he has worked in leadership roles for youth sports organizations like Soccer Shots and the West Austin Youth Association. Glendon also led university relations for Istituto Lorenzo de’ Medici in Florence, Italy, and has taught in Austin and Barcelona. He strongly believes in using positivity and understanding to help athletics programs transform young people.

A graduate of the University of Texas, Glendon holds a degree in Cultural Geography and Spanish. He is a lifelong soccer player, coach, and fan, and in his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family. He speaks Spanish and English and can get by in several other languages.
