Carlos Bernal
Secondary Innovation & Design Teacher
Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, Charlie Bernal holds a B.A. in Industrial Design from Universidad Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogotá. He has worked in several design fields, including graphic design, interior design, and art direction.
Charlie has been involved with Magellan International School for the past seven years in various capacities, including summer camp programs, maintenance technician, and substitute teacher in both the Primary Years Program (PYP) and Middle Years Program (MYP). These experiences sparked his passion for teaching and working with young people, and he enjoys helping students unlock their full creative potential.
Outside of school, Charlie is an avid cycling enthusiast and can often be found in his home bike workshop, always finding something new to create or repair.
