Steve Escamilla

I am the Marketing & Communications Specialist here at Magellan. I get the opportunity to share the stories, achievements, and experiences that make our school such a special place. I enjoy creating meaningful content that connects families, celebrates students and faculty, and reflects the vibrant international community at Magellan.

I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Throughout my career, I have worked in marketing, communications, and digital media, developing content, managing social media, creating marketing campaigns, and helping organizations build authentic connections with their audiences. I love combining creativity and strategy to tell compelling stories and highlight the people behind them.

I am originally from Houston but I have called Austin my home since 2012. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring Austin's food and coffee scene, traveling, attending concerts, volleyball, animals, fishing, and discovering new places around the city. I also enjoy photography and creating content, which allows me to capture moments and tell stories both professionally and personally.
