Deborah Ikhena-Abel

Deborah is a fertility physician with a passion for justice, equity and community. She moved to the United States from Nigeria at age 17 to attend college, and has experienced living in two very different cultures. She deeply believes, based on her personal journey and the research on the topic, that diversity in thought and life experience leads to better, more productive and more successful organizations.

She is a proud mom to two Navigators and looks forward to serving on Magellan’s DEIB committee.
